Wounds of Omission – The good things we needed but didn’t get and Wounds of Commission – The things that happened that shouldn’t happen to anyone. These assist in identifying how shame beliefs may be sabotaging your life day to day. The Wounds of Omission & Commission can also be used as an effective interactive tool in therapy offices or recovery groups. Each Wounds of Omission & Commission is two-sided. One side identifies Wounds of Omission and the other identifies Wounds of Commission.
